First or last place - it doesn't matter - it's all about finding your inner warrior as you attempt to complete an obstacle course designed to test your physical and mental fitness throughout the Y. 

Every challenger who completes the course will receive a FINISHER tank top and medal. For those truly competitive challengers out there, the event is being timed and the 1st-3rd place male & female finishers will
be named the 2017 Y WARRIORS.

WARM UP 1:30pm
"Shake your Groove Thing" - Zumba warm up per wave.
RACE START TIME 2:00pm
WAVES Challengers will be organized in waves of 10.
AWARDS ALL Y Warriors will receive a FINISHER tank top.
Trophies will be awarded to the 1st-3rd Place Male & Female finishers who will be named the 2017 Y WARRIORS. Trophies will be awarded to the 1st-3rd Place Overall Finishers.

"Highway to Hell-oh we are Cycling"
Take a ride on the spin bikes.

"Insane Asylum with Some Ab Action"
Slider walks back and forth in the racquetball courts.

"Human Frogger"
Frog jumps through hallway.

"Base Camp Burpee Brigade"
Blast out a series of various burpees.

"Hangin' Tough"
Complete a series of TRX exercises.

"Radioactive Sliding Man"
Spiderman walk using gliders around the indoor track.

"Walk in the Park"
A mile run with a small incline.

"Lions, Tigers, Barracudas and BEARS"
Bear walk to your next station.

"Walk the Plank and Sprint the Side"
Plank side walks into suicides.

"Ring Around the Heavy Bag"
Bob & weave between bags.

"Greased Lightning"
Take a swim.
