TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT (Ages 13 & Older)
Boost your metabolism and get lean with our total body circuit — single sets of exercises, back-to-back, station-to-station. Stations will be alternated with cardio intervals. Class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

BOOT CAMP WORKOUT (Ages 13 & Older)
This class is for anyone looking to improve their fitness level. Calisthenics, dumbbells, marching, steps, bands, gliding discs, are all used to get a total body workout. This high intensity class will help you take your body places it’s never been before.

HALF & HALF WORKOUT (Ages 13 & Older)
An easy to follow cardio workout! (High energy/Warm-up first—followed by 30 minutes of cardio - basic floor aerobics or step aerobics or a combination of both). The ending toning segment targets upper and lower body together. Class uses physio-balls, gliding discs, exercise bands and hand weights for toning. Class ends with a full body stretch. All fitness levels welcome!

SENIORCIZE
A group exercise class designed specifically for the active older adult. The class is led by two certified personal trainers who utilize the Cybex strength & cardio equipment, track and physioballs. Benefits from this class will include improved: strength, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular endurance, and core stability. Oldies music sets the tone for this very popular class.

This class incorporates Pilates based movement and stretch and strengthening exercises that will tone and firm your body like nothing else.

ZUMBA (Ages 13 & Older)
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

LIGHT & LIVELY (Ages 13 & Older)
Light & Lively - A class for beginners & the active older adult. Class includes light dance aerobics and exercise for fitness, flexibility, and balance.

3-2-1

A circuit workout. Each circuit has about three minutes of cardio, two minutes of toning and one minute of core work. The cardio includes step, floor aerobics, kickboxing and more. The toning sections are each targeted at the legs, chest, butt, back, arms or shoulders.

ABSOLUTELY ABS/BACK/POSTURE (Ages 13 & Older)
A straight forward program that focuses on your abs. lower back, and posture. If your abs need a little more attenttion, this is the class you are looking for. Muscle balance is necessary for good posture so exercises for the lower back are included to help you maintain that balance between opposing muscles.

"Y" PUMP (Ages 13 & Older)
This is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all the major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, lifts, presses, and curls. Great music, choreographed exercise along with your choice of weights inspires you to get the results you want - and FAST!

CARDIO CORE & MORE (Ages 13 & Older)
Intervals of Step and Kick Boxing combined with Pilates, Strength Training and Yoga. This class is geared toward helping you increase your cardiovascular endurance while improving core strength, muscle tone, and flexibility. This class is a total body workout appropriate for all fitness levels.

MILEAGE CLUB (Ages 13 & Over)
This is an excellent way to keep fit and have fun exercising. Keep track of the number of miles you accumulate on our indoor track, treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, AMT's or with our outdoor walking program. Total miles accumulated must be accomplished by a combination of workouts on at least two cardio machines or one cardio machine and participation in the outdoor walking program. You will be provided with a chart to record your mileage and incentives will be awarded for reaching the 100, 200 and 300 mile marks.
