| An easy to follow cardio workout! (High energy/Warm-up first—followed by 30 minutes of cardio - basic floor aerobics or step aerobics or a combination of both). The ending toning segment targets upper and lower body together. Class uses physio-balls, gliding discs, exercise bands and hand weights for toning. Class ends with a full body stretch. All fitness levels welcome! |

Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. |

| MILEAGE CLUB (Ages 13 & Over) |
| This is an excellent way to keep fit and have fun exercising. Keep track of the number of miles you accumulate on our indoor track, treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, AMT's or with our outdoor walking program. Total miles accumulated must be accomplished by a combination of workouts on at least two cardio machines or one cardio machine and participation in the outdoor walking program. You will be provided with a chart to record your mileage and incentives will be awarded for reaching the 100, 200 and 300 mile marks. |
