| Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant |
| GENERAL FUNCTION: Under the supervision of the Human Resource Director, the Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant is responsible for the processing, control, and recording of all association accounts payable & receivable disbursements. Also, to serve as an assistant to the CEO and HR Director in various roles to be established on a day to day basis. The candidate must have strong computer skills, firm knowledge of Quickbooks, and have an abilty to work in a face-paced office. Position will start as parttime with the potential to become full time once able to handle all financial processes/procedures for the YMCA. JOB SEGMENTS: • Process and control all invoices, check requests and expense reports for payment. • Prepare monthly accounts payable/receivable and cash disbursement journal entries and month end advances; void checks and voucher corrections. • Review all documentation received for accuracy, completeness and screen documentation and resolve problems. • Handle inquires from vendors and branches regarding payable status. • Maintain records related to processing of 1099’s. • Key in invoices and/or refund requests. • If necessary and when asked, help with setup and/or cleanup of meetings/special events held at the YMCA. • Verification of all Invoices keyed into MemberST. • Serve as a back-up to Human Resources Director yearly; Program Directors during special events. • Reconcile daily cash and credit card receipts & prepare bank deposits. • Maintain Club Kid Collections, Adjustments, additions etc. in MemberSt. • Filing. • Any additional duties as determined by your supervisor and CEO. |
| Night Janitor |
| Part time position available Sunday-Friday 4 hours nightly, 6 days a week Sunday through Friday for mature individuals.. Experience a plus. Must be flexible and a self starter. Daily duties include: sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom cleaning, and trash removal. Duties also include the cleaning of Men’s Locker Rooms, Steam Room, showers and sauna, bathrooms hallways aerobic studios. Other duties may include special projects as specified by the Maintenance Director. |

| The YMCA of Middletown is starting a new program called "Beat the Streets" for ages 10-16 yrs. old.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, have a love for our youth and is interested in servicing our young people in recreation and mentorship. For the lifeguard and fitness trainer certifications are a must. Must be able to work every Saturday from 5-10:30 pm.

| Member Service Representative position available for mature person with customer service, computer, and clerical skills. Must have cash handling experience and be able to work flexible hours. Some weekends may apply. Pay is based on experience. Candidate must be flexible and be able to working Friday 12-5:30pm, and Saturday and Sundays. **Bilingual & Sales orientated a Plus. Duties include answering phones, processing membership applications and payments, registering members and non-members for classes, and monitoring member check-ins. Also includes filing in the back office/keeping schedules and folders updated. Additional duties as needed, which will be determined by the Membership Director. |

| Fitness Trainers/Personal Trainers Needed!!! |
Fitness Trainers/Wellness Coaches - Certifed preferred-prior experience necessary...CPR/AED required. Must be willibg to work with beginners/deconditioned population - Part time 10-15 hours per week. Preferred candidates will have a degree in Physical Education and/or a Personal Training Certification; and have appropriate current AED/CPR certification. We will consider a candidate with a fitness background with current AED/CPR certification. All candidates must be energetic, enthusiastic and willing to cover other shifts when needed. Weekends are required!!

| Fitness instructors/staff needed to run the Wellness Center (Gym) at the Monticello High School
Fitness Instructors needed: Youth Sports Instructors needed: Along with leagues, we will need volunteer basketball referees, soccer officials, umpires etc. Additional positions may open in the future. Looking for responsible, honest, well mannered, organized leaders to help run the YMCA of Monticello. Love for children a must! Pay is based on experience. We are willing to train most!
